I was told time and time again (by well intentioned people) that moving to Hawaii instead of going off to college like the rest of my classmates was an irresponsible decision that would land me a minimum wage job and a lifetime of financial struggles. But being the free spirited, adventurous person I am, the thought of sitting inside at a desk from 9-5 for the next 40+ years sounded awful to me. All I wanted was to live on an island, have the freedom to travel the world, and not feel tied down by my job. I craved a life that I could completely design on my own. 

But that meant finding a career that enabled me to have complete time, location, and financial freedom. Something that at the time almost felt too good to be true. For the next 4 years, I worked in the restaurant industry, was a nanny, social media assistant for a handful of brands, and picked up numerous side jobs in Hawaii. But no matter how many hours I worked, I always had a set paycheck, one that made it very hard for me to save or “get ahead”. I knew I needed to figure out a sustainable way to make money from my laptop without a cap on how much I could earn. 

 In 2019 a friend presented me with an opportunity to earn an income working as a network marketer completely from my laptop. No boss, I could pick my own hours and work from anywhere in the world. I was traveling abroad at the time, hoping to make Bali, Indonesia my home base as the cost of living was much more affordable than Hawaii. However, being a US citizen, I was not legally able to work in Bali unless it was online, so I was unemployed and spending a lot more money paying for my rent and basic living expenses than I was earning, and my savings were dwindling fast. Though I didn’t have any prior experience working for myself, I jumped at the opportunity. I worked hard, took a risk by investing time and money that I didn't have, and officially launched my online network marketing business in January of 2019! In under a year, I was able to turn this little start up into a multiple 6 figure international business that I am extremely passionate about. Five years in and I've helped hundreds of people world wide quit their jobs, become entirely self employed, and begin living their dream lives using the exact step by step process I went through.
